Motivational Talks
Some people need a structured outline to go by week by week. Mike Branch offers a structured twelve week horsemanship program that is designed to take you from novice to level one, and level two horseman.
Mike can also customize a program for whatever your specific needs may be.
Mike Branch has also authored a book and DVD series on colt starting that with experience gives a guideline for starting young colts under saddle.
Consulting
Mike Branch starts a number of colts at the Flying B Ranch every year. There is usually a waiting list so sign up as soon as you can to get your colt on reserve for Mike to start.
Mike would like to have your colt for a minimum of two months, three months is preferred, four would be great. This will help to ensure that your colt has a solid foundation. Mike would also like to inform you that a few months is still a "green horse," it takes many hours for you to have a good solid well broke horse.
Although Mike freely admits he has made a lot of mistakes along life's trail, Mike Branch is now a born again Christian. Mike loves to share the good news of Jesus Christ, and the change that He has brought into his life. Mike has a way of using analogies of how the horse responds or reacts when he shares with his audience.
If you would like to find out how you can have Mike Branch share with your group, please contact us today.
Whether you are new to horses, looking to get "re-started" into horsemanship, or want to further your own horsemanship, there is something for you at Mike Branch's "Flying B Ranch".

Mike Branch has traveled many places in the world and has seen a lot of people, places, and horses. Mike has worked with and trained many wild horses from the wary wild Mustang, to the sturdy Exmoor Pony of England. Mike's entire premise of training horses has been that of developing relationships, and partnerships with the horses he handles. That's why he became a sought after horseman.
Mike's experiences have given him a wealth of knowledge and understanding, which he uses to give motivational talks ... through the Eyes of a Horseman ...
Do something different for your organization and bring Mike Branch in to talk to your special group soon.
If you have questions or concerns on any topic that may be horse, or business related. Mike Branch offers professional consulting on several topics, from training the young colt, to leadership training for business corporations.
Fees for professional consulting are on a private agreement. Contact us for more information.
Mike Branch says that he heard a definition of leadership once that said: "leadership is all about getting people to do what you want you want them to do." Similarly is starting or training a horse, the goal is, to able to safely ride the horse, and to have it respond to the slightest of ques.
While this is all true, it is equally important to know and understand that it is largely about how you get there. The way Mike "gets there" with a horse is to develop a relationship through trust. Mike figured out years ago that if he could establish a leadership role based on character built trust, that he would not only be a leader to his horse, but that his horse would enjoy the bond as well.
